Up, up and……..STOP!

  Goal Actual
Calories 1540 1104
WW Points Plus 26-29 26
Carbs (net) <50 52
Fluids/Water 120 oz 136 oz

Four weeks of keeping my carbs under 35 and now they  are creeping back up. Time to start cutting back again before I’m at 200 a day again.  I got away from planning each meal to make sure one meal didn’t take me over. I need to go back to doing that. It works.

Tomorrow will be under 50.

Calories/points are good, fluids are good.

It’s official. I have a completely white streak at my temple. My baby boy turns 15 this Sunday and I’m old.

  1. I think the fact that you haven't gone overboard on the carbs so far means that you have what it takes to get them under control. You have the right attitude, show me the money! I absolutely believe you'll have it if you set your mind to it because you're that kinda woman. To make you feel better, I'm 21 and started going grey when I was 16. If you need pictures it can be arranged, just know that it will kill me a little on the inside to take them. And in fact I just might get back on track dying my hair tomorrow after having written this out, so be quick! lol.

  3. And I thought I drank a lot of water. I'd have to make up a bed in the loo if I drank that much water. At the moment I just have a chair and tv in there lol lol.

  4. I am pretty sure you are younger than I am! I have no gray yet though...but I am going bald...I may be bald before I go gray! :D

Good work on the carbs!!! Planning is a great way to stay on track!

  5. I have a feeling that you're not old. Sometimes when we're young (or relatively young) we think we're older than we do when we're really older! Did that convoluted sentence make any sense.

As for the water, I can't drink that much, because of all the bathroom stops and it seems to wash the potassium out of my system, because I get very bad leg cramps right away. But good for you, because it really helps the weight loss.

  6. Reducing the carbs will really help you and you're hardly over your target, so you'll def be able to. I used to be scared of eating any starchy carbs, but since I just cut out potatoes, pasta and bread, but added oats to my breakfast, I've still been losing well. I think it was more the sugar that was affecting me before. x
